We will adjust and crop the photo for best fit. You will have your wearable memories in no time!

Charm Quality: Each charm is cut to perfection and adheared to the charm link then coated with a hard glass-like enamel. The coating is not sticky but hard like glass. All the photos are professionally printed (not on a home computer with cheap paper!) on high quality photo paper at a high resolution, which makes them sharp and very detailed. Because the coating is so hard, these photo charms will not fade in the sun and are water resistant. I would NOT recommend wearing these bracelets in the shower or while swimming.

Custom Charms are made to order from a photograph of your choice, they are coated in a thick clear coating to ensure endurance.

1. Sharp & clear photos yield best results. One subject/person is usually best.
   
2. Scan or save photos in .jpeg format. Send to bestcharm@sympatico.ca
    
3. The image will be cropped for best facial appearance on charms.
   
4. We will make adjustments in color & appearance where beneficial.

We can also design custom photo charms with Wedding Dates, Birthdates, Sports Teams, Names, etc. All you need to submit is your custom text and background color if required. Photos are optional. The possibilities are endless!

How long will it take to recieve my completed charm?
Since we out-source all our custom work, the average time will vary, especially during peak seasons.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the charm(s) to be processed and 7-15 days for delivery.

Can i cancel my order?
Unfortunately I cannot. All custom orders have to be prepaid before work is started
